We should have the "Disputed" payment status on our payment page so that we can clearly see every payment's status.    OR we should have the disputed report so that the accounting team can check the dispute every month.    For now, if we want to check the disputed payment, we have to go to the payout, click on every day's payout, and check if there is a disputed payment.  ...read more

I continue to recieve feedback from reps that the activity feed makes it impossible to see what's going on in an account.    Some solutions you (hubspot) could employ:   1. Allow for easier filtering of engagements vs sales activities.  (ie be able to filter outbound/inbound emails) 2. Allow for feedback / QA directly on the timeline either with an ai chatbot or little cta to chat with hubspot support. that would be huge-- someone that can help coach them on using the timeline where they don't feel embarassed reaching out to a colleague for help.  3. Summaries of activity. ie shows overview of what's going on aggregated and summarized from an activities standpoint. 4. Allow Admins to set default views in the activity timeline. alot of difficulty using the timeline stems from the lack of adoption of your activity feed filters. When I send emails on HS, there's always an option at the bottom to select that I want to set a task to follow up in 3 business days. It would be great if users could choose whether the checkbox would default to on vs. off. Additionally, it would be nice to have the option to set the suggested timeframe for following up, allowing users to set whether they want it to default 3 days, 2 weeks, a month, etc.  ...read more

I am working on conditional properties on the contact page. And am running into an issue because you cannot have values for 2 properties. You can only have 1- which is very limiting.   In an ideal world it would be helpful if the value for 2 properties is set to a specific value then show the conditional property.   Becase that feature isn't available have to find a workaround. ...read more

Hi there,   We need the bility to restrict certain Contacts/Companys/Deals to certain uses only, for the purposes of Insider Information.   We already utilise the Team permissions but need the ability to restrict specific Contacts/Company/Deals that may be subject to Insider Information/Marklet Abuse etc.   Another option (if feesable) would be a 'restricted list' where the deals/contacts/companys on that list were restricted to certian users that we could determine. So to start, I am loving the new record source property, however, there is no way to manually update this field, which normally there wouldn't be, except for a few instances.   One of them being.. We have some clients where we implemented a system that populated a custom property for Lead Creation Attribution before record source was a thing. We have a list using that property to filter a lot of reports. The issue is, with the new record source property, we no longer need that property and is now redundant. But because we can't manually populate the Record Source values for anything that didn't get populated in the Hubspot backfill, we now have thousands of contacts with no record source and no way for us to manually update that information when we do have the data needed to update it. We are doing a CRM audit and removing properties that are no longer nessecary but because the backfill only went back so far, we can't populate the missing Record Source information meaning we now need to keep our custom property for reporting purposes, even though at this point it is kind of redundant. ...read more
