Hi,    It would be a great timesaver if the activitiy associations would be clickable and take you immediately to the associated item. We need the possibility to list the association labels in a list / report between two related objects. For example we have contacts and companies connected with associations and different association labels. Right at the moment, I can create a table report with these related objects. I can filter the relations by labels. If I filter the associations, I can list the label name. But I want all related objects and a column with a (comma) separated list of the label names witch are on each relation. This is a short description of the problem.   The following description is a copy of the question in the community. Our setup has one associated object on top. This is a custom object related to contacts (and a company). This custom object is called Gremium (committee). The object has a property Name. The association to the contacts has a label called 'Präsident' and 'Vizepräsident' (president | vice president). All normal members has no labels on the association, only two people has a label. What I really want to have ist a list of all committees with all presidents / vice presidents and members with the 'function' (label name).   DataSource:     At first, I didn't configure any labels in the data source. Then I created the table report with one filter: name of the committee has to be known. Othewise I get all contacts with or without relation to a committee. Like this, I get no field association label.     Then I reconfigured the data source:   Then I get a field association label:   And at the end I reconfigured the data source again:   Now I see only the related contacts with the selected labels   This time with the name of the label. I run a consulting firm where we are the Prime Consultant but often bring on sub-prime / partner consulting firms.  As such we will often need to schedule meetings that include our team members (hubspot users), the sub-prime consultants (not hubspot team members) and the client.    It would be great to be able to create a group meeting type via the scheduler with our user + an external (in this case sub prime consultant user). This would function the same way group scheduling works now; but just allow for hubpot to connect to an external users calendar and availabilty.  ...read more

Use the Service Hub portal to securely share documents with customers (think things like contracts and other legal documents that are unique to each customer). It seems like a portal is primarily for tickets, but it would be great if it could be extended in this way. ...read more

Hubspot's HTML signature has limited capabilities. When I insert my signature is says it is an "unsupported HTML", yet it works in all my other e-mailing applications.    This same HTML signature works just fine when inserting it into marketing e-mails via adding an HTML module, so I think hubspot just needs to use the marketing HTML modules for email signatures.     ...read more

We'd like to restrict record merging separetely with a specific merging permission. Currently the merging functionality is enabled within the editing privileges, but sometimes we want to restrict merging even though the user can edit a record. Today, we have that capability with importing records. A user can import records if they have editing permissions, but only if they also have the specific importing permission set. Have an option to select which value, internal or external, to copy when copying a dropdown property via workflow.   When a dropdown select property is copied to a [text] property, the internal value is copied.
