Hi all, I ran into a problem while working on a workflow. I had set up a workflow with enrollment triggers, then added those criteria as reenrollment triggers, but after I removed the initial enrollment triggers, I was not able to access the reenrollment triggers which were still active.
That meant that even though contacts were now manually enrolled into my workflow (without any triggers), they would still re-enroll each time they met the hidden reenrollment triggers. The enrollment triggers are hidden because there are no triggers in the workflow - see image below.
The only way I can remove the hidden reenrollment triggers is to set up the same enrollment triggers again, then remove the reenrollment triggers from there, and remove the enrollment triggers. This seems to be not sustainable and user-friendly, so I'm wondering if there is a way to access / edit the re-enrollment triggers in a workflow, even when there are no enrollment triggers being set up?
