I have created a number of different ticket pipelines for our customer success team, one example is 'onboarding' pipeline.    I don't want these tickets to pull over to the 'helpdesk' page, as they appear as open tickets, which messes up any reporting on SLA's,time to close etc.   At the moment you can only filter the helpdesk by view, but the tickets still appear as open tickets. There needs to be an option to include/exclude tickets by pipeline, in the helpdesk. Hello, I'm having great issues with the requirement for each Form submission receiver to be a HubSpot user in the account and as well each HubSpot user to be an actual inbox. Our Marketing workflow has always been sending form submissions to a group email that had everyone from sales and marketing in it and this impediment disrupts our flow greatly.  Moreover, I can't set up a workflow to update the lead source to the actual Form name. Today in the API it is required that the  process consent text is filled out in order to not have form submissions error. We would only like to have the Consent to communicate checkbox not the additional fields which add a bunch of text which is unnecessary under a form.  ...read more

The form feature is great, however I believe your form then sits on a live webpage that potentially anyone can access. Is there a way to create this form but for it only to be accessed if you have the link. When the fiscal period reporting got implemented, why didn't the Fiscal Quarter and Fiscal Year get added as standard calculated properties on Deals?  I want to group and filter deal views based on 'This Quarter', or 'This and next quarter', etc.  I also want to include Quarter as a column on the list view so I can export deal views to fuel offline reporting.  Ideally sorting on the column for Quarter understands time sequence properly.  Ideally, the definition of what the fiscal period looks like would be a customization feature on the Deal Settings tab, e.g. YYYY-Q# vs Q#-YYYY, defining 4-4-5 (financial periods) vs more standard/evenly distributed periods like Q1=Jan-Mar, Q2=Apr-Jun, etc.  I guess for now, I have to create a custom calculated property.  Oh but the calculated property is so limited, it doesn't support functions for OR, AND, CASE, so I can't say something like  If (or (month(close date)=1,  month(close date)=2, month(close date)=3) 1,      or (month(close date)=4.... So Plan A: added Fiscal Period as a standard calculated property, or Plan B: make calculated properties more powerful by adding functions for OR, AND, CASE and enable the calculated property to result in a text string that can be a concatenated result like:  concatenate(year(close date),"-Q2") ...read more
