One of the main frustrations we've been facing with using Marketing events object in HubSpot is that we can't export data from this object. It's great that we can easily sort and filter the info, but it’s disappointing how tough it is to pull that data out of HubSpot for other uses.   It would also be really helpful if we could link contacts or companies to these events.    At the moment, the only option seems to be upgrading to Enterprise to build a custom object that handles all this. Currently, if you enable SSO for the Customer Portal, you lose ability for users to register and use HubSpot authentication. Our application's users are sent to the Customer Portal using JWT for SSO. The technical resources at our customer sites, who do not have access to our application, need to access their tickets too. Having both SSO and HubSpot authentication together in the Customer Portal would be ideal to support both users and non-users.   This feature was available in FreshDesk, we are currently migrating away from that environment. I believe a good idea is to also have a bulk delete option within the restore tab bin. While I understand people go in to restore deleted contacts at times, I also feel there should be a bulk delete option included so you don't have to delete contatcs one by one if there are thousands in there.
