I am not getting a confirmation message when someone has confirmed they are joining a scheduled meeting. When sending a calendar invite, I want to get a confirmation in Hubspot that the recipient has either declined or accepted the invite. But I am not getting one in the activity field just like someone has clicked/opened an e-mail, only in the Scheduling view within Prospecting. Would be a nice feature.  ...read more

Our technical support team is moving over from another chat support tool to using HubSpot Chat. The other tool allows for our support agents to see in real time the chat visitor's browser type, device type, location, IP address, OS, which website page they're on, etc. We would like to see this data available in HubSpot chat, as well, for individuals we are chatting with. Hello, has anyone solved the hubspot and social media problems? It would be great if messages such as Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Google Business were answered on the same platform.   Hubspot is not taking any steps on this issue!  I found a company that has integration with hubspot I am currently using a tool called exairon, you can add all social media accounts, send bulk WP messages, and also send individual template messages. You can also give automatic answers to your customers with ai. I wish hubspot brought this solution and we could solve all problems from a single platform. I wonder if anyone else supports this issue. Because most of my customers come from social media. It's a big comedy that Hubspot still hasn't found a solution to this in 2024. Occasionally, we'd like to be able to transfer ownership of a Meeting in Hubspot to a different user. (e.g. a scheduling conflct has arisen, and we need someone else to take the call/meeting. I see the we can invite another person to the meeting, but not transfer responsibility for the meeting.    This is doubly cumbersome when we've used Zoom as the "location". In this case, if I'm asking someone else to take a scheduled call/meeting, I need to invite this other person, then start the meeting in my Zoom at the appointed time and transfer the presenter role to them.    It would be extremely useful if there was a "Transfer Meeting" function whereby the meeting could be transfered to another Hubspot user, and the meeting invitation to any 3rd parties updated with that user's contact/Zoom information. ...read more

I have just found out that when someone reschedules a meeting with hubspot they can pick a new date and time but then they are taken to a form that asks for their contact information. You can not complete the form because the information has already been submitted... but the person filling in the form can't see said information!! This will most likely result in people cancelling out of the process because they are unable to complete it, which is an unhelpful customer experience.    Please can you make the prefilled contact information visible? thanks.   ...read more

I have been trying to do some analytics on our pipeline and create a list of companies that have not explicitly stated they are not interested. I cannot filter out the company as long as one contact associated with the company does not have the exact label I am filtering.  The ideal state is that I can filter out the entire company from the list if just one contact has already stated they are uninterested.  ...read more

When we create emails in Hubspot and replace an image, the Hubspot opens the file catalog where you can search for images/folders.    While you can always need just 2-3 folders, every time, you need to go to the catalog -> click "Browse all folders" -> type the word for search -> go to subfolders to find the needed one -> pick your file.   Would be great to make it possible to star or pin the folders that you need, so that it's not needed to make all these extra clicks every time you need to pick an image from the same folder.  ...read more
