Great minds think alike

I did now extensive research and had several discussions with HubSpot support, but this feature is not available it seems.   I am working in a business where a deal has several payment milestones. The only way how I can do this now, is to create additional deals, which makes my pipeline messy.    e.g. Implementation deal of 100k - we get 20% upfront: 20k - 25% Milestone 1 - 35% Milestone 2   Some deals have more milestones than others.   My overall goal is to have an overview, when which payment is planned to arrive, so I can do better forecasting. I would like to create a pivot table where in the rows are my deals. The columns are the months (or weeks). Then I see for each deal, the payment milestones in the respective month. In the bottom is added for each month, how much money will arrive. In the last column on the right is the total deal value und in the last row and last column is the total deal value summed up. To have something like that in a bar chart would also be nice, but a pivot table is the bare minimum. Would be possible, if I can associate a date with a fraction of the overall deal value. When a client sends in an email a case is created. Within that case there is no option to create mandatory fields. However, if a case is created within HS using the "Create Ticket" option you can designate mandatory fields. Our recommendation is to allow the creation of mandatory fields irrespective of case origin. ...read more

We would like to automatically associate companies with contacts based on the domain name in the contacts email address.   BUT, we do not want to automatically create companies based on the domain name in the contacts email address.    This creates a lot of junk companies in our CRM because often times the domain name in the email address does not match the website domain of the company.    It would be nice if there were 2 separate settings for these functionalities rather than just one that enables both features. ...read more

Hi It's common practice to view Contacts via the 'Last Contacted Date'. Each time I go back to view my Contact View, it reverts and doesn't sort the list by 'Last Contacted Date'. Being able to save a Contact View would be ideal. Thanks, Phil  ...read more
