I am looking for the ability to clone the automated Hubspot emails. What I mean by this is the emails that are sent to us when someone submits a lead or visits our website. Currently I am trying to come up with a process where we a lead owner is sent an email when that lead revisits our website. I only want this to happen with a specific list of people though, and this function is only available when I create a custom workflow. But when I create this workflow I can not make an email that is similar to that automated email in which it includes a link to the users hubspot and salesforce profiles. If I were able to clone the default Hubspot emails and edit them this would be a possibility. Can you please add this feature? ...read more

It would be great if you could add an endpoint to the existing CMS upload API.  In that case, even without modules this would be very useful: All the endpoint would need to do would be the equivalent of the "Create email" feature: Good: Take one parameter for the new email's name.   Better: Also allow sending these fields for the new email: From Subject line Preview text Subscription type (by ID) Campaign (by ID) Recipients (array of list IDs and array of individual contact IDs) Best and Beyond: Also allow prefilling of modules   But really, Good here would be an amazing start and would save us tons of time.  It would make HubSpot a joy for us to use, instead of the unfortunately arduous part of our process we currently experience it as.  For HubSpot's part, it would be one of the simplest endpoints your API would have!  (Therefore, I would guess, it would require relatively little development time and effort to implement.) ...read more

Hubspot doesn’t allow us to create a variation from an email already created. We have to create an email from the beginning. In order for HubSpot to work with Salesforce, I need to be able to continue to assign objects to Salesforce queues. Salesforce's lead routing functionality is much more robust than HubSpot's. You can globally turn users on and off of being part of a queue or you can locally have them as part of a queue. HubSpot doesn't allow for such necessary fine-grained granularlity and that's just one way in which Salesforce is superior to HubSpot in this regard.   Now, I was happily able to do this until today when I received the following message: "Assignments can be made to paid Professional seats only."   This does not feel like solving for the user. Instead, it seems very much to be taking away existing functionality and pushing users, ready or not, into the paid version of the CRM.   I would love to continue to use HubSpot. I have been an evangelist since 2012. Let's say I am sending out a company update email to all my contacts, this includes several personas whom all act differently.   Persona 1 - Reads her emails at the end of the day when things are quiet Persona 2 - Reads his emails as soon as he gets in, making ready for the day ahead Persona 3 - Reads her emails during breaks from her main work   To get the best engagement from all these personas I would have to clone the email and make 3 copies which would be scheduled at the best times for them.   This would be a good thing to implement into the Send and Schedule tab of an email. Hi Team, just came across quite a good use case 🙂 It seems that for now for our marketing email dashboard there would be analytics from people who have opened from a specific client. Although we can export some of the data under the "Recipients tab" > List actions > export > see the User Agent column, I thought it might be useful to bring it as a property, so we can filter it using our Lists Tool too. The use case would be (i)either sending email templates that are customized to different email clients (ii) if there are any email specific client content towards the recepients, it would be helpful too. ...read more
