Hello all, Would it be possible to have additional functionality on how we see KPIs in dashboards? We're wanting to be able to put a score against activities (meetings, calls, emails) so instead of a sales rep having a target of 50 calls/week, they could have a points score that they would have to hit. Meetings are harder to do so these would be scored higher, whereas emails are easier and they would be scored lower. This would help to bring all the KPIs together under the same bucket instead of having targets for meetings, calls, and emails.

We want the option to assign tasks to generic users other than Contact Owner. For example, to assign to 'Advisor' or 'BDM' (properties we have created). Not having this option is causing us problems when it comes to automation.

I call across three different time zones. I utilize sequences and the task system frequently, but am noticing a shortcoming that I have a solution for. I'd reccomend that you add the ability to add states as a display option under tasks, so that it would save me time of clicking into every task to see what time zone or state they are in.

I would love to have a Kanban view, similar to what Sales has for Deals, where we can move marketing projects/tasks through a funnel of "Not Started, In progress, In Review, Complete, etc"

I want to be able to click the task and get a pop-up view of the description of the task. You don't want to have to go into every single record if you aim to work from the prospecting function. And you don't want to describe the entire purpose and details of the task in the title.

I would like for the tasks created in the project view to also shows in the general tasks section. This would remove the need for our team members to have to check two different task boards to see what they need to do. It is hard for them to priorotize task when they have to look at two placed for tasks to be done / due today.

It would be nice if I can set a due date within a task for example 2 hours after the task is created (in a workflow). Now a due dat can only be set at a specific time, for example 08.00 AM every day.

Quick Question – any chance you can add additional Due Date Options in HubSpot Tasks? You have today, tomorrow, 2 days, 3 days, 1 week – but leave out 4 days?? ( I could really use that one – why did HS leave that only one out?) You have Months, but leave out 2 Months, 4 months and 5 months. All just as important as 1, 3, and 6 months. It would be useful and efficient to be able to draw down on that tab instead of having to go in and “Custom Date” those other options.

Posting this on behalf of a user. Currently, within the Prospecting Queue, HubSpot will only show the first 20 items. For example, if the user has 50 overdue tasks and clicks on 'Start all 50 overdue tasks', the prospecting queue will only show the first 20 tasks overdue. After the user completes a task, HubSpot will automatically populate task no. 21 in the list of items. It would be beneficial for many users if this was set to allow users to show all the tasks in the queue especially since in some cases there are more than 20 items in the list.
