@EGolborne It would be great if there was a Button to Upload Document at the top in the Insert Documents Popup when Adding a Document to An Email Simple Fix, not sure why doesn't already exist to be honest.

When adding an attachment to a deal, that attachment should also be added/associated with the associated company and contact records. I realize every deal can be unique but if a deal is associated to a company/contact record, every attachment should also be added to the associated records. Example: When I upload an agreement to a deal, I should then be able to view that attachment from the associated company record and/or the associated contact record. Potential Alternative: When uploading an attachment, be given the opportunity to select/deselect also adding it to the associated company/contact records. That would give each user control. Value Added: Support/Customer Success teams would not have to dig for agreements/files inside of deals nor would the sales team have to upload to multiple places.

For the moment in Enterprice licences it is only able to use personalization tokens of custom objects in Marketing emails BUT not in sales email templates or snippets. We need this information to be availables to better personalize the sales activities .

I'm submitting this on behalf of my customer. It would be very helpful if could control downloads in documents, at this moment all contacts can download them as long as they have the link, we would like to prevent this from happening in certain instances.

When we send a link to download a document, the download page is not mobile-friendly. It is almost impossible to see the download link on a mobile device. Please make a mobile-friendly download page.

In the HubSpot Invoice grid, being able to search by contact name would be most helpful. I realize I can look up at that contact and check their invoices, but I am often working with multiple invoices. Being in the invoices list to search, rather than searching and clicking multiple contacts, would be much more efficient.

The problem: only the deal owner (who also owns all quotes associated to the deal) get notifications when a quote is signed. The user who created the quote, does not. Use case: SDRs. They will often create the quote even if they don't "own" the deal. They should definitely have the option to get notified. Solution: add a setting in notification settings to toggle on or off quote signed notifications for quotes you've created. Result: everyone rejoices and sleeps in peace.

For all content options that allow you to organize with folders, it would be extremely helpful to be able to create folders within folders for better organization leading to less duplicates and efficiency when looking for content already created my a teammate. Il manque un affichage HT dans les devis ET surtout dans le listing des devis (onglet "Vente", puis "Devis". 1) Dans les devis en eux-mêmes, ont devrait quand même avoir le : - Total net HT - Montant de la TVA (20% ou autre) - Montant total TTC Et aussi indiquer les remises s'il y en a dans un sous-total 2) Dans le listing des devis, indiquer le montant HT et non le montant TTC !!! En France, c'est obligatoire pour les reportings commerciaux. Je vous envoie un screen du montant total de mes devis, que je suis obligé de recalculer manuellement à chaque fois pour avoir des stats correctes en HT... Si quelqu'un à la solution je suis preneur, sinon likez/commentez pour qu'Hubspot fasse quelque chose !

I have uploaded a bunch of sales documents into organized folders within Sales Hub but when I go to attach a document in my email they are all in one list vs viewing them in the organized folders. What's the point of me organizing the files into folders if they aren't visibly organized anywhere else for the rest of the team? It's valuable for the sales team to know where to find the right document when emailing their prospects. i.e pricelists, crop-specific flyers, labels and lab reports. I see plenty of other users are commenting on this being an issue. Can someone please address this and let us know where this is in the queue to fix? Image #1 - Disorganized files when attempting to insert them into an email. This includes ARCHIVE files. Yikes! Image #2- How I see the folders in the documents tab in HS as it should appear for all users when attaching a document in an email.
