Hi,  Our company pulls at least one export data from legacy CTAs every day for analytics and reporting for customers connected to our, currently 2000+ CTAs. Since the announcement of the switch to the new CTAs, we thought it was a simple oversight that the export data button was not included on the new CTA page. Exploring reports to achieve something that gets the same data has been fruitless so far: namely exporting a spreadsheet with the basic analytical data (name of CTA, views, clicks is all we really need but the current data export for CTA legacy includes more). We found CTAs in reporting, but as far as we can tell, views and clicks are different reports and when we export one of those reports, the CTA names change to a number that isn't even referenced when editing the CTAs.  Please please please give us the same functionality with the new CTAs that we have DEPENDED on as a company with the legacy CTAs. We would be forced into line-by-line manual copying of analytic results for 1000s of CTAs. This would add dozens if not hundreds of labor hours a month when I have been able to get the info I need in 45 seconds every morning with the current export data button in legacy CTAs. Hi,   We have 6 seats for HubSpot Sales Professional. We have 1 out 6 reps using the calling minutes (16 hours - 960 minutes / month) and the other 5 users dont use their minutes AT ALL. Can WE please have the ability to share minutes across team members? It is so frustarting every month near end of month i have one rep asking for more minutes and he cant use from other team members. Similar to the way CTA and forms work, the CSAT/NPS web survey and all feedback surveys should be available to show on external web pages. This would be tremendous for HubSpot so that Product Teams and Customer Success Teams could gauge satisfaction with certain product capabilities in-app, similar to an Appcues like tool. Especially for after new features are released, this would be helpful.   EX: we recently launched new canalytics capabilities. I want to capture how happy my customers are with the new capabilities by placing a web survey on the Analytics page our our app.    For us, it's ideal for this feedback to be captured in HubSpot as it is our primary system of record.  Please extend this functionality available in the Marketing Hub as a core part of HubSpot's offering over to the Service Hub Surveys! ...read more

I like to keep my lists in folders.   When I create a new list inside a folder, it goes into "all lists". I have to go back up to the root and manually move the list into the folder.   If this could be fixed it would save me a lot of time!   Thanks Ian ...read more

Hi,   I have been using a workaround for the last ~1.5 years orso in order to be able to send email in calibri front directly from Hubspot. I achieved this by copying calibri formatted text into templates and it would keep the font formatting.   When then later editing this email, it would also be written in calibri.   Something must have changed very recently because it no longer works like this.   The templates are still in calibri but any newly pasted or written text is now completely unformated (meaning sans serif / arial font).   Was this some intended change by Hubspot and if so, why? Would it be possible to compensate what has been broken by at least implementing Calibri font, which is basically the standard Outlook font used by majority of businesses? It would be helpful to have the 'user created date' as a field listed on the user breakdown page in Settings. As our organization grew, people were added by multiple users and I can't tell who was added when. This helps tremendously with budgeting so I can track which department to code our costs to for newly added users.  ...read more

The search functionality is rather limited. Companies and Contacts are sometimes entered with their official names but are often reffered to by an Allias. For instance Edward Stank may go by his middle name Drew. If someone searches for Drew they will never find the correct contact. Likewise a company name may not be how others refer to and subsequently search for that company.  For instance a company may be offically named University of State Research Affiliate Network however it may be referred to by different a few different ways. US RAN US Research Affiliates Uni of State RAN   Contacts and Companies should have the ability to have one "Legal" name and multiple "Alias" names. Alias names should also be used for search.     Eventually an AI algorithm that better understands UT may refer to University of T* and includes those in search results would be awesome. ...read more

Can there be some kind of indicator on the in-app comments tool for blogs, emails, landing pages, site pages, and workflows that shows you when comments exist on that item? For instance, I discovered some of our pop-up forms on high-performing blogs weren't working because we had optimized the blog and changed the URL so our form Targeting needed to be updated. I added a comment in the blog editor for each post that has a pop-up form (or chatflow) associated with it, but when you go into the editor, there's no indication that Comments exist so you'd have to remember to click on the comment bubble. If there could be a red indicator with the # of comments on the page that'd be great.    It'd also be great if you could tie a comment to a specific portion of the email/blog/page so that if you're editing/reviewing copy and need to give feedback to the writer, you can leave it on a specific paragraph, for example. ...read more
