It seems that there is no way to sort and organize line items within product libraries. Products are sorted based on import or create date within HubSpot.   My company builds product libraries and folders based off a tiered pricing approach (I.E. we have a Tier 1 Folder containing all of our products with a SKU # of T1 Product A, T1 Product B, etc. Tier 2 Folder containing all of our products with a SKU # of T2 Product A, T2 Product B).   As we add products, we do not have the ability to sort them alphabetically. Currently there are not many options for customization of the Line items table in Quotes.   Please make Line Item Table subtext removable!!   At this time you can choose to display a line item property, and give the column a title. You CANNOT configure any more. The system auto-displays info in that column which auto-calculate on billing frequency and discount. This is not always needed and can be misleading.   It is particularly misleading and confusing when using multi-year billing frequencies.   Specific example and need: Below is a screenshot with line items that have a 36-month billing frequency.  Under the Unit Price – We cannot remove the quantity for multi-year deals.  In the example from the screenshot below, the Unit Price should be "$24,000 / year" but states for "$24,000 / 3 years" Under the Total – It restates billing term twice and cannot remove these. It shows "/ # Years" and then also “for # years” In the example below, it already says "/ 3 years" and adds "for 3 years" below. This is redundant.       ...read more

It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to set a line item property in a workflow using the "Set property value". Currently, "Line Item" is not an option.   This would help us as we have revenue reporting fields on our line items/products that we'll now have to manually set. ...read more

We are selling mensual abonnements. Client will have the same abonnement for one year at least. A client can subscribe for couple of year. Let's say that my customer subscribe for plan A during three year and I want to make different price reductions.   Year of subscription Plan Subscribed MRR Reduction MRR Total ARR Total Year 1 Plan A 100€ 20% 80€ 960€ Year 2 Plan A 100€ 10% 90€ 1080€ Year 3 Plan A 100€ - 200€ 1200€   Today, it's written : Annual Total = 4 440 But I want my client to see : Total year 1 =    960€ Total year 2 = 1 080€ Total year 3 = 1 200€ In my forcast category, I know that I will earn : 960€ in Year 1 1 080€ in year 2 1 200€ in year 3 Another idea would be to have different tables or a visual differenciator between year of subscription. ...read more

The goal is to have an automated Zip file creator, which allows my visitors to download multiple files at once. These files are sorted by a HubDB table.   Details: My products have a wealth of informational documents associated with them. Spec sheets, user guides, 3d step files, viewer software. etc. When a visitor wants a user guide, we ask for name/email. Next visit if he/she wants a different file, we then ask for job title. HubSpot progressive fields at work. All good! But...   In addition to this, what if we add a button to rule (download) them all?   The visitor fills out a long form and gives the 6 qualifiers my Sales team wants. First name/last name/email/job title/phone/country but in return, they get the entire suite of files associated to the product.   Sometimes the same file is used for multiple products, so a manually created zip file will not do. When one of these files is updated, ALL copies need to be updated as well. To counter this, we can pull the file names from a HubDB table and package them into a zip folder on demand.   No more updating the same file in multiple places and the visitor has all the information they need to help them in their buyer's journey. ...read more

I know this has been proposed many times before by other members, but I too would greatly benefit from being able to apply, modify, or remove tax on a line item level on quotes.   Product library entries should have tax properties saved, and then I should be able to apply tax to only the line items that I want at the quote/deal level. ...read more

Now that we're able to add custom fields/properties to products there is a need to be able to copy and/or associate that property to other HubSpot objects.    For instance, I have color variants for a product but I can't get that to copy or associate to a custom object or deal record so I still have to include it as a deal/other object property.   Product properties only appear to work as a line item trigger.  ...read more
