The Forms tool has the option to add payments and upon submission, users can see a "Payment status" under the Form Submissions tab. However, those statuses are not able to be used for filtering (when creating a list). We create lists for reporting data for multiple emails at a time. When selecting a date and  using the "between" function, I select, "This Month" and I get the month to date instead of the entire month. Example: If I'm creating a list to track progress during the month of April, in a data parameter for "This Month", my results are 4/1/2024 to 4/17/2024. I need to manually change the end date to 4/30/2024. The same thing happens for "This Year" and "This Week". I only get the data for the period so far.   I'd like "This (Week, Month, Year)" to return the entire period. So in April, if I want to return results for the entire year, selecting "This Year" would give me 1/1/2024 to 12/31/2024, instead of 1/1/2024 to 4/17/2024. ...read more

Hey everyone, I've noticed a gap in our HubSpot contact lists that I believe needs addressing. Currently, there isn't a built-in view to display the current subscription status of contacts for marketing emails. This seems odd, especially considering we can view opt-out statuses ("Opted out of...") for contacts. I stumbled upon a workaround in the community forum (see here), but I believe this should be a standard feature, particularly for Marketing Starter accounts that don't have access to calculated properties.   For my part, I frequently find myself yearning for just such a column, particularly in the midst of managing our newsletter marketing efforts. I propose that HubSpot implement a feature allowing users to easily view the current subscription status of contacts directly in contact lists. I'd love to be able to rename the filter groups in workflows and lists to better understand what each group is looking for.   Much like branches, I see value in being able to name the groups so I know what each filter group is looking for. ...read more

Hubspot has a data point for "Date Added to List", which allows you to see the exact date a contact was added to an active list. However, this data is not available to filter or report on. Currently you can only export this data from the list view, by adding "Added to List Date" as a column, export, then filter in excel., which really limits automation needed. Seeing as this data point exists, I do not see why I am unable filter or report on it. ...read more

Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more

The new Deal Lists functionality is very helpful, but it would benefit from a more robust set of criteria for membership.  In particular, I would like to see workflow membership be available as a potential list criteria.  This is especially useful in situations where we are troubleshooting workflow errors. ...read more
