I want to so badly leverage the Goals/Forecast/Quota/Sales Analytics sections, however it is of absolute no use to me because "This Quarter" or "This Year" does not provide the option in the dropdown to use "This Fiscal Year/Quarter"  which is 2/1 - 1/31.   There has been some headway on this in custom reporting, but I will have to continue to have to export and manage separately where our sales team for quota attainment for each quarter, or year over year, until this minor feature is unlocked to actually take advantage of this and let other sales management, and reps use.  ...read more

We saw recently that the Email Builder has a section where editors can leave comments. This would be a fantastic feature to have on the Blog section as well. Our current process is to write the blog within the Hubspot blog so that we don't have to deal with formatting issues that can occur when copying over from say Word or other platforms.  Then, our team reads the preview and provides edits via email/chat etc. Having the ability to leave comments on the blog draft within Hubspot would help speed our process and keep everything together in one spot.  ...read more

(1) As a manager, I need to see what each sales team member's task load is and how they manage it (e.g., overdue, queues being worked, etc.).  There is no filter for user in the  Today screen view.  I would like to see the summary view to see if I need to do a deep dive into the data.   (2) It would also be nice for a manager to be able to assign queues for users, especially for new sales staff still in training.   (3) Once you select a user, all filters should recognize that user when selecting a new filter.  The program changes to the default user when you select a new filter to view.  This is a time waste for managers.   (4) What happened to the ability to export tasks?     ...read more

It would be very helpful to allow the Ticket view to show you tickets assigned to ME and also the Unassigned tickets at the same time.  We have a workflow where available agents take unassigned tickets to work on but they either have to look at tickets assigned to them OR unassigned, not both.  It would be really helpful to allow both options to be selected in the same view. ...read more

Currently it seems any reports using the Google Sheet External Content option are not viewable on the mobile app. Is there a plan in the pipeline to make these reports to mobile users?   Our externals may go a day without having access to a laptop, so being able to track certain information externally would help them. We are trying to keep their focus within HubSpot, so while giving them access to the google sheet would work, it defaets this objective.   Edit: Grammar ...read more

Hello,    When translating blog posts in various languages, we've noticed that once the translation is done, blog and we close the editing wizard, it redirects to the first page of the blogs page, which is very inconvenient as we need to shuffle through the pages again to pick up where we left off.  It would be great if HubSpot could bring the user back to the page where the blog post was translated.  ...read more

The latest update to the blog editor/publsihing interface removed the option to set a custom publishing time. We used to be ablde to set the time down to the minute, which not only made it seem more random and organic on our news page, but was also how we controlled the sequencing of blogs (when needing to rearrange the order manually). But with the new changes, the publishing times are only in a dropdown list and shown at 30-minute intervals. Not good. Why remove a feature such as this and provide fewer options, less flexibility? This is a big issue and flaw (honestly) in the HubSpot design. HubSpot allows different users to upload images that have the same name. Because of this design, we now have to go back through our 100+ marketing emails and change the header to the original image.  Even when you go look at the email it shows the right image but when you click on it, then you see it picks up the other image that is named the same.    A system should at least rename the image if it has the same name. If not, how does the system know what image is the correct one to be displaying? When you have 80+ users, there is no way we can control everyone changing file names.  Please fix this!        ...read more
