Was so happy that we upgraded and got custom objects because for us the custom object that we create will be the opportunity for us, not contacts or companies (they are only associated with the deal). Disappointed to find out that we can't create a deal from the custom object and send it to the deals pipeline. I would love it to be possible to use muiltiple objects in mail. At the moment the custom object feature is almost unsable in mails, since it can only be automated with a contact, no matter the association.  It would the great to be able to send fx a transactional email, with the contacts name, product, and a custom object. But that is not possible a the moment. Broadly speaking would it be great if the upgrade the company object has gotten recently, would also apply to custom objects. ...read more

HubSpot appear to have released some great new product features 13 Oct 2021.     HYPE & EXCITMENT We got excited with several of the features, what appear to be basic, overdue and much needed features by most CRM users. We spent some time research and confirm with Hubspot, exactly what new features we would have available under our current professional plans.     DISAPPOINTMENT Disappointingly we have been informed by HubSpot support, despite having a HubSpot professional plan in place, we have no access to any of the new product features that were announced!  So underwhelming.  Build the hype, and then disappoint.     Many of the new product features should be available for basic level features of all plans, not just specific professional and/or enterprise plans.  Most competitor CRMs - Salesforce, ActiveCampaign - have these new product features already available, as part of all their plans.    FUTURE PRODUCT RELEASES We get the reason that Hubspot want all users to upgrade plans, up to enterprise level.  However, atleast treat existing Hubspot users with a bit more respect, if going to release new products, atleast be transaparent to existing customers on exactly which of the new product features existing HubSpot users have access to or not under their existing plans, to stop them wasting time and energy figuring out what they can use.    101 for product releases.  Hopefully Hubspot can excite Hubspot users next time.  ...read more

Hi there!, My team is customizing Hubspot. We created two custom objects and we would like to see the incoming email activity os the associated emails. It seems we can see the sent email but not the received.  The Hubspot's support team said to us that the system is not designed for fulfilling this functionality. Hello, I use emails alot, and HubSpot, however there are times when I am in outlook, and I do need a template. I have found it has contiually refreshed, making it difficult to even type out an email. I really only use the Templates option under "Message tools" Is there a way to limit the amount of options in the side bar that load? Is there a way to make the Hubspot Sales Extension for Outlook Desktop to be less resource intensive? Or a way to stop it from loading so much when a new email is opened? Hubspot Sales is refreshing the entire new email window and this interrupts my typing. ...read more

Hello, I would like to propose this idea. In some countries we don't need an esignature, an would be very usefull to be able to collect a signature from the customer in a form.  Perhaps it might be useful in other areas where users might need to collect a drawing and be stored as a text in SVG so afterwards it can be used somewhere else in the process. ...read more

Hi,   started working with Custom object (for Trials) and were hoping to add Owner properties as we do in Deals. However, I understand Custom object are not designed to support HubSpot owner default property and thus this is not possible at this time.   I would like to see this feature in Custom objects as it is for the default objects. Hi there! We've recently created a custom object for our account specifically for digital subscriptions so that we can track them and send marketing emails with custom tags. (Example: your subscription is expiring on [x] date).   We have no issue adding the tag to the email template body using personalization. However, we'd also like to add the custom tags to the Subject Line and Preview Text. The personalization dropdown for these fields includes Contacts , Company, and Deals, but the options don't include the custom object we've set up. Having this option would be super useful for ourselves, and likely others, to make these areas effectively personalized for contacts. ...read more
