Hi all,   Just off the phone about this topic with Johan in Support, who was very helpful.   The "Deal change history" report in "Report Collections >> Sales >> Forecasts & Pipelines" is a very nice graphic report and just what I have been looking for.  However, what I ultimately need is a simple tablular version of this report listing the Deal Names, Deal Change Type, and probably a couple of other useful fields (Close Date, Amount, etc.).   Could you add that table as an option for the existing report?   I tried to build it from scratch, but couldn't and so called in to Support.  The issue is that you guys are using some developer secrect sauce to build this kind of query and bring back Deal Change Type, but that kind of query isn't accessible through the UI.     Thanks, Whitney ...read more

The pipeline reports for deal stages or lifecycle stages are helpful, but they can only show you one path. It would be very helpful to visualize the steps with a stacked flow chart to get a clear picture of how leads/deals are progressing and all the steps along the way.    Here's an example of this type of chart from GA4: ...read more

It would be amazing if we could measure goal attribution (revenue) from deal-split value, now that deal-splits is a thing in HubSpot. Example: Deal A has a value of 1.000€, it has a Deal-owner (primary user) and there are 2 deal split owners User A (Deal owner) - 50% deal split User B (50% deal split) Currently when measuring in the goals section of HubSpot, it would attribute 100% of the deal value - 1.000€ to user A, as that is the deal-owner.  Is there any plans on making this more customizable?  ...read more

Hi everyone, I'm currently facing a challenge in managing communications with Co-Selling Partners in HubSpot. Our process involves associating these partners with multiple deals and companies. However, the system automatically syncs all conversations across these associations, which clutters the deals/companies with irrelevant information from other interactions. Problem Description: When I add a Co-Selling Partner as a contact to any deal or company, the system automatically syncs every conversation related to that contact across all associated deals/companies. This results in a lot of unnecessary and confusing information being shared where it's not relevant. I tried creating a new property at the contact level hoping to use it to deactivate the syncs via a workflow for contacts with this property enabled. Unfortunately, it seems that deactivating syncs this way isn’t possible. Proposed Solution: I believe a helpful feature would be the ability to manually deactivate the default syncing function for selected contacts. Specifically, it should allow: Adding a contact to multiple deals/companies without syncing their communication to those deals/companies. Maintaining visibility of all associations at the contact level to facilitate reporting, without the automatic sharing of communication. This feature would greatly enhance our ability to manage communications with Co-Selling Partners effectively, keeping all associated records clean and relevant. Has anyone else encountered this issue or found a workaround? Alternatively, if anyone from the CRM development team is around, could this feature be considered for future updates? Hello all,  Would it be possible to have additional functionality on how we see KPIs in dashboards?  We're wanting to be able to put a score against activities (meetings, calls, emails) so instead of a sales rep having a target of 50 calls/week, they could have a points score that they would have to hit. Meetings are harder to do so these would be scored higher, whereas emails are easier and they would be scored lower. This would help to bring all the KPIs together under the same bucket instead of having targets for meetings, calls, and emails. ...read more

Hey! It would be even more AMAZING if we could have access to a measure of associated records in single object reports. that way we could drill into the number of contacts, deals, and tickets associated with our custom objects.    And then our leadership could see which specific deals/records are accounting for the totals.    thanks! ...read more

So I am working on creating sales goals for my team. Something I am unable to do but would be beneficial is to have somewhere to input actual revenue for the prior year (or even month). I want to easily be able to track and report on the quality of my meetings so would really like the ability to add properties against Activities - at the moment we are stuck with the pre-set fields.  This is my use case:  My BD team create the initial/ intro meeting for my field based sales team.  The field sales person sits the meeting and then either runs with the opp or qualifies it out.  Whilst we are using meeting outcomes (qualified out/ progressing etc) and create opps for every meeting to track meeting through to opp to win progression what would be great is a simple visual in the form of a propery field that allows my sales person to rate the quality of the meeting - in the form of stars or 5/5 drop down or something really simple, along with perhaps a notes box to validate the rating if its low?  It would be useful to be able to report on this to show BD A get 5/5 every meeting for example as a measure of success and how satisified my sales team are on the quality of their appointments. Currently we cannot select or reference meeting attendees in reporting. This would be a very important feature for reporting on sales activities.   As several salespeople can attend the same meeting, we're currently unable to accurately report on their customer interactions. ...read more
