The 5 emails per sequence restriction creates inordinate needless extra work for me and my team and should be lifted altogether:   Many times I need or want to communicate with a prospect more than 5 times to achieve my goals. Rather than being  able to do that in one simple step (one sequence), I'm forced to create multiple sequences, remember to enroll a contact in the next sequence after a prior sequence has terminated, etc. It's a goat rope.  Lost opportunities/business - it's very easy to lose track of contacts who we expect will need more nurturing than just one sequence. In Deals we have the option to edit and add stages to fit our business model.  Similarly, in Tasks we would like to see flexibility to adapt the stages to completion shown on the Kanban board.   Use case: We have multiple steps within the 'In Progress' stage that we would like to reflect for better accountability and transparency. A task can sit in the 'In Progress' stage for some time and there's no clarity on whether there is actually progress being made.  e.g. add a stage 'Submitted for Review' or 'Researching' that occurs between Not Started and Completed. Adding a 'Blocked' stage would also help managers identify tasks where a Sales rep needs their support.    ...read more

It would be helpful to have a way of exporting what was the last email they received, what email they unsubscribed from, and a reason as to why they unsubscribed.    It would be benefical for us to get to know our leads better and helps with segmentation of similar leads that are still subscribed.  ...read more

It would be super helpful to have the Company properties carry over to the Deal when it comes to filtering an reporting. For example, if we're running a campaign and I have a property for leads (in the Company status), once those become Deals, there is no way to track that property any longer, outside of exporting mutliple views to Excel and using vlookups.   Please consider adding this to the expanding functionality of the CRM!   Thanks! ...read more

It would be great to have the ability to create private tasks/projects that no-one on the Team is able to see. I am using HubSpot for all of my to-do lists and some of them I personally wouldn't want shared with the Team. It may only apply to the person I am assigning it to. Hi ! We are setting up our internal team management with Hubspot and looking into using Tasks. We find great the Tasks functionality in Sales as well as Projects in Marketing. It's a pity they do not communicate.  I understand that currently Project Tasks on the Marketing Platform and Tasks on the Sales Platform are two separate functionalities designed for different purposes. As I understand Project Tasks were designed to organize internal processes for the team such as creating and maintaining a Campaign, or content creation. They are separate from Tasks on the Sales Platform, which were designed to keep track of communication between users and individual contacts throughout the Sales process. In reality things are not so easily distinct and it's a pity they are not integrated. It would really help to be able to add Project Tasks into my general Tasks backlog. In essence, they are quite similar and it would help me to manage team work globally. I imagine using Projects to plan campaigns or other actions and then detail it into specific tasks added into Sales Tasks, the latter being the reference for Tasks management.
