I understand of course that some guardrails must be in place to ensure that the emails remain strictly transactional (as opposed to promotional), but it would be great if there were some way to customize the email receipts that our users receive based on the payment they've made.   For example, I work for a small nonprofit and we are weighing whether to use HubSpot Payments to receive donations via ACH. We are currently using HubSpot Payments to receive application fees. For a donation payment, I would want to be able to customize the email with tax-deductible information alongside some brief copy thanking the user for their support. And of course, I would not want that same copy to be in an email receipt for an application fee.   I know that I can achieve the same result in some way by setting up a workflow automation that would deploy an email after the payment has been received. However, we don't have the transactional email add-on since we don't have a big enough use case to justify the cost, and I don't want the user's marketing contact status to affect whether they receive the more helpful follow-up or not. And, of course, we can follow up manually after the fact, but as a small nonprofit, the more automation the better.   The less software the better, too — we are trying to avoid purchasing a fundraising-focused CRM since the combination of HubSpot and Fundraise Up covers most of our needs.    Thank you!  ...read more

As of the moment, we can see that the options avaiable for payments include Credit/debit, google/apple pay and ACH (US banks only). We do have clients that want to pay using a european account which uses IBAN. Is there a way to for us to process those? ...read more

For sales/marketing teams. Goal is to make discounts fun for customers.   As working for a company that uses a subscription model and one-time payments, it would be awesome to have discount codes that can be applied to recurring payments (i.e. 20% off applies to each recurring payment). Currently, when you add a 20% off discount code to a recurring payment, it just takes 20% off of the first payment.   Right now, there is an option to create a payment link and apply a unit discount - but that has to be done internally, and isn't as fun (or effective) for the customer as them putting in a code and watching the amount go down. ...read more

It should be possible to edit all system emails for payments, like successful payments, payment reminders, and failed payment alerts. We want to customize this copy to increase the liklihood that users act on these emails. If some of them need to contain specific content for compliance reasons, it should be possible to edit an introductory paragraph, or add simple copy to the email which gets included in a standard template. E.g. allow the user to add a message before or after the payment info in the receipt email, even if the receipt part is generated by Hubspot. Would love the ability to add more detail to the invoice association Card on records.  At-a-glance the invoice number tells me nothing about what the invoice is for and requires the user having to preview it to get context.  Not very efficient.  ...read more

## Enhancing Recurring Services for Hubspot Payments with manually charging card on file.    Many customers pay for recurring services through payment links or quotes using Hubspot Payments.   Recently, a few customers requested to be charged for additional services via their account (credit card on file).
