Hi, I would like to have the payment links setup as triggers for emails to automatically go out. I have several membership options and I do not want to have a form at the bottom of every membership to use a trigger for automatic emails as it looks overwhelming. I like the look of just having the payment button and once this link is submitted then it can be used as a trigger to send out a series of automatic emails over several weeks.  payment links look better than repeated forms but we need the payment links to be triggers for automatic emails ...read more

When creating a payment link, it's possible to add a credit card fee to the amount. But, that fee remains in the payment even if the customer selects ACH to pay. It would be a good idea to have the option of disabling this so no extra - unnecessary - charges incur. ...read more

It would really benefit users if the native HubSpot Payment Links functions can support automatic calculation based on sales tax. With it being a line items, is not enough. It should be based on the users postal code. Stripe currently supports this, https://stripe.com/docs/tax/how-tax-works#:~:text=After%20you%20set%20up%20Stripe,your%20own%20custom%20payment%20flows. We are currently rolling out a consumer model to one of our locations so having to manually add a line for tax is not that cumbersome.  We do plan to roll out to additional areas and removing the human error from any of our locations across the US where taxes are concerned would be a god send.   ...read more

Can you please add a feature to set default payment schedules for quotes so we don't have to enter it in each time we send a quote.   For example, it sets the default schedule to three payments   Deposit (10% of total) Start of production (40% of total) Prior to handover (50% of total)    This would save the sales team a lot of time as they currently need to manually put in the same payment schedule for each quote.   Hope that makes sense! ...read more

I love that HubSpot has the option to process payments but the styling limitations make it unusable for my team. It would be great to have the ability to customize the payment and favicon, or at least have them default to the branding of the URL the quote/payment live on.    Quote pages do have the option to change the logo, but the favicon defaults to the account level rather than what is set at the business unit or domain level. The logo on the payment page is locked as the logo set for the HubSpot account, and the favicon on payment pages is HubSpot's logo.  ...read more

HubSpot only enables payment functionality for US companies.    I would like to be able to create an order/invoice from a quote with manual payments.   Payments would be managed offline and acknowledged in HubSpot.   We are also missing the subscription functionality that would enable tracking of subscription start and end dates. ...read more
