We're new to Hubspot, and I noticed that the availability of support chat is unpredictable.   It would be appreciated if there was some sort of indicator, maybe a red or green dot, just above the question mark icon on our app, to let us know that there is an operator available to consult with on a question we have or issue we're facing.   This way better manages our expectations, keeps work flowing, and avoids wasting time clicking in, typing a question, only to see that chat support isn't available. ...read more

I would like to be able to set various keywords to track in support requests, and filter/search based on those keywords. For example, "how many support requests in the last week mentioned 'login' or 'password'?" This is not necessarily for the purposes of any automation, but rather specifically to track the frequency of certain topics within support requests. I inform you that there is a bug on the french training "Inbound Marketing" on the website Hubspot Academy on part "Comment assurer la promotion d'une marque sur les reseaux sociaux", section Quizz. I cannot respond to the 1st question. Every responses are wrong and I cannot select several responses at the same times. So I test every possible solutions no one is validated.
