Hi there,   We need the bility to restrict certain Contacts/Companys/Deals to certain uses only, for the purposes of Insider Information.   We already utilise the Team permissions but need the ability to restrict specific Contacts/Company/Deals that may be subject to Insider Information/Marklet Abuse etc.   Another option (if feesable) would be a 'restricted list' where the deals/contacts/companys on that list were restricted to certian users that we could determine. Here's an issue we're having that may have an "easy" solve. We have multiple subdomains with team-restricted folders for File storage. So the "Ironwood" team's images and documents are supposed to be saved in the "Ironwood" folder, for example. If people think to load a file to their folder and THEN use it on a web page, there are no concerns. However, it's a lot more convenient when you edit a page to just upload the resource as you edit, but the file ends up in the general Files area and is accessible by anyone. Something that would greatly improve the user experience with the file manager would be to have file view options, especially for images. When you are in a folder with dozens or hundreds of different images or documents, it would be nice to have an option to have larger previews.    Additionally, and also related to the File Manager, having a better mass file import / upload tool would be amazing. Similar to Google Drive, it would be nice to be able to upload items more efficiently. Right now, when I try to upload multiple image files over 1mb error boxes come up. Dear all,   I am writing to address a pressing matter regarding our recent subscription to Hubspot. One of the key features that led us to choose Hubspot was the "folders" solution, which promised to streamline our newsletter organization by allowing us to categorize them by year, month, and country.   However, upon activating our subscription, we were dismayed to discover that this functionality no longer exists. This has significantly disrupted our workflow and raised concerns about how we will manage the organization of hundreds of files each year.   We reached out to the Hubspot team 20 days ago regarding this issue but have yet to receive any response. Despite following up today, we are still awaiting a resolution. It is deeply disappointing that such a fundamental and useful feature has been removed without explanation.   I urge the team at Hubspot to address this matter urgently and reinstate the folder functionality as soon as possible. It would be really nice to have the ability to share documents in the Customer portal. E.g. Service agreements, Quotes, Documents concerning the products delivered etc. It would be of great value that it could be gatheres behind the login the customer has to the portal. ...read more

My department uses a lot of transparent-background PNGs of white icons. Unfortunately they're practically impossible to see on the preview of the Insert Image window (see below).   We can, of course, whittle this down by searching for the file name, but we've got multiple people creating and uploading these and sometimes the filenames don't make sense to you (one example would be you're looking for the hammer icon, but that file was named "construction").   We often know what we're LOOKING for, but don't know what it's named. Being able to see the image previews would help us find the icon we're looking for just by sight.   Not sure what the solution is, maybe some sort of "dark mode" toggle or something? ...read more

A function for sharing several files simultaneously via a link would be an advantage in order to track exactly which file was viewed when and how. We use a separate tool to send offers, information material etc. bundled via a link in order to track which files have been viewed and how. Es wäre toll, wenn man Dateien, die einem Kontakt zugeordnet sind und auch unter "Anhänge" sichtbar sind, direkt an eine Mail anhängen könnte. Bspw. auch per drag&drop.   Es ist nämlich unglaublich umständlich, dafür erst auf den eigenen Server, bzw. die Dokumentenablage zuzugreifen und nochmal hochladen zu müssen.  ...read more
