CTA functionality and data has been a boon for our marketing. Creating a custom module is a fine workaround, but it seems that fully integrating with the more intuitive editor would be a more user-friendly and holistic fix.

For marketing purposes, I would like the ability to invite a selection of contacts, or a list, for meetings. Adding this feature would be ideal for webinars. Currently, you can add multiple people to a meeting invite, but one at a time. It would be great if you could start by making a selection and create an event based on this selection or in the meeting invite to add a pre-populated list. Secondly, it would enable us to track the acceptance of the invites in Hubspot, which we then could link to the participation in the Zoom call.

Example: Visitors would be able to click a CTA (Play/Pause button) and have an Audio file (saved in HubSpot) play in the background while staying on the current webpage. This option exists, BUT the audio file plays on a stand-alone audio player on a blank new page.

if you create a unique CTA to link to a meeting link, you will be able to see the number of clicks, but not the number of submissions. If the CTA takes people to book a meeting, it's vital to know how many were booked from that specific CTA.

When creating a CTA with a url redirect of "Email Address" i would like to be able to add in an email Subject Line

HubSpot currently has the ability to link a CTA to an email address so when you click the CTA, it opens up a new email to a specific email address. This is great, however, it would be even better if we had the ability to add multiple email addresses or be able to CC another address. In many cases, businesses need more than one person emailed/ kept in the loop. Right now the only workaround I see is to forward the email to the other user after the customer sends the emails. Any ideas?

It would be appreciated to be able to change the color of the CTA in chatbot options when you have to make people agree with the "Consent to process data" (GDPR). It could also be useful to add links and personnalization in the small text that describes the data policy.

Hi Community! I wonder what you think of this idea... Many of our clients want to be able to send dynamic URLs to customers in their emails, especially in deal related emails, but you cannot currently put a dynamic URL/property behind a CTA or button. This means that the only way to show them their link is just to plop it into an email, which often isn't very pretty. I feel like this is an essential feature, especially for ecommerce and anything to do with quotes/POs! What do you think?

Form submissions trigger has a "Any form submission" option, but for CTAs we have to manually add to our workflow trigger every time a new CTA is added. It would be amazing to have otpions for "Any CTA has been (seen, hasn't been seen, clicked, hasn't been clicked)" in addition to the one by one CTA options now. This would allow us to set our workflow trigger to be "Any CTA has been clicked" to futher our lifecycle stage movement. As it stands now maintaining the workflow and updating each new CTA is very manual and could leave room for error if a CTA was left out.

Scenario: We want to make a SMART CTA that sends mobile traffic to either the iOS store or Google Play Store based on their mobile device. For Desktop, we want to send them to a different destination. Currently, we are able to perform this action using a button module on our Landing Page. However, buttons can not be added to campaigns as assets nor are they reported on in the basic landing page analytics. Sure, a custom event can be created in analytics, but tying that back to a specific campaign isn't as straightforward as it could be. And, may even be easier to do outside of Hubspot with Google Analytics.
