So, the activity feed was a huge selling point for us, but unfortunately, even if a person within your company opens an email that has been sent to a prospect, either throught the CRM or an outlook outbox - it tells you that the prospect/Contact has opened it. We often QA check email sends, and it would advise us that the prospect has opened it, which is false. So, the process of judging a clients interest from activity is not actually achievable.
