I would like the ability to create a shortcut to be placed in the top area of the new UI.   The new beta UI leaves a bit of empty space in the header and for me, who jump around to different departments/customers/tickets multiple times almost every minute, it would be grand if you were able to pin objects (ticket view/deals/dashboards) to the space right of the search bar for easy and fast access. Preferably you'd be able to pin a shortcut to a specific view, for example "My open tickets".   I work in customer support and I check older tickets, company information etc. all the time, and I work closely with our project coordinators and other teams in their own tickets. If you have multiple brands or business units, using the brand kit functions in Hubspot is a complete mess. The customer experience is completely inconsistent making the use of the brand kits almost pointless. I would like to see much more consistent use of the brand kits for each business unit.   Here are examples of the differences in choosing colours in various places in Hubspot:  Landing pages show Favourite brand colours (a list of all brand colours from all BU) CTA's show only our TEG brand colours when you are in ALL business units, eg when you are in a brand that is NOT TEG the TEG colours are still showing, not the actual brand colours. When editing a Theme in settings, the TEG brand colours show when you are in ALL business units (like in point 2). Emails show the CORRECT brand colours per business unit in the content editor, however in the text editor (changing colour of text boxes) the favourite brand colours show like in point 1. Forms (when creating under Marketing > Lead Capture > Forms) it shows the CORRECT brand colours per business unit. However when accessing Forms under (Settings > Tools > Marketing > Forms) it is showing the TEG brand colours when you are in ALL business units. It's a very inconsistent user experience. And I find it so confusing and time consuming as a Hubspot user, as if Hubspot can pull the correct colours for one of the Form sections and one of the sections in Email, why can't it do it for the other sections? And why is it so different across all uses of colour pickers/brand kits?    Canva is a great example of a really easy and user intuitive use of brand kits. You can create brand kits for multiple brands and wherever you are in canva you can switch between brands at anytime and all colours and fonts within that brand are available to you, so you don't have to constantly put the RGB/Hex codes of colours in ALL the time (which is what you have to do with Hubspot). This would make it much easier for marketing and non-marketing colleagues to use Hubspot, as you can easily see what colours, fonts and logos they need to use for each brand by just clicking the colours.  This would save a LOT of time and provide a much more consistent and user friendly experience.   ...read more

Currently, when using the Global Search Function, we cannot amend the default Global Search Results Settings to display properties in the Global Search Results View columns that are relevant to the specific business, and customise views to different teams/ team members in the business.    i.e. Global Search Results for Contacts only show default columns for Name, Email, Phone number, Primary company, and job title.  Global Search Results for Companies only show default columns for Company Name, Domain, City, Region, Phone and Company Owner.  Similarly, we are locked to default properties with Deals, and all other objects.    Goal  We are able to tailor the Global Search Results settings to meet the needs of different teams/users, much like the way we already can edit the object-specific search result views with the Contact/Company/Deal search tabs. This will enable us to:  - Choose properties to display in the Global Search Results view  - Choose order of columns that display  - Change length of column.   Different teams have different needs:    Use cases Different properties/columns to display for different teams  - Service teams may find it more useful to see a customer code property/column in the Global Search Results View; while they can use the Global Search to find the correct company, they can't see on the screen they are clicking on the correct company, because we cannot bring in the <CUSTOMER CODE> company property to the results view.  - If searching companies, would be great for sales teams to see the primary contact in a column, and click directly onto this, rather than needing to click on the company record, to then search for the primary contact  - If searching tasks, would be great to see the internal task owner in a column, so you can easily see accountability.    Ability to edit length of columns  There may be several entities e.g. deals, companies, with nearly identical names, but a small variation right at the end of the deal/company name. So we can correctly read the name, we need to be able to edit the length of 1 particular column in the display screen. This means we don't have to click into the record/hover over each record, to read it. e.g. COMPANY NAME is likely to be longer than other properties, so we want the ability to make this column longer than others.    ...read more

I was just showing off the new AI assistant features - and it is well received by all. The very first question I received from our users was "Will this AI assistant work in all our different languages?". Upon checking with both knowledgebase and HubSpot support, unfortunately the AI assistant is currently only available to be set as one language across the different functions - i.e set as English for all web pages.  I would like to propose that for large multi-national organisations this should be more granular and allow for multi-lingual teams like ours which have pages, forms, pop-ups, social accounts and emails in more than 20 languages.  The ideal is that either the AI assistant is set at user level, or, the AI assistant should automatically change to the setting for that function. I.e if the landing page is in French, the AI assistant switches to French. If the email is in Spanish - AI will be in Spanish etc. For now, the workaround I have offered is that we can set up a sandbox for each language and add the team so they can make use of the creation features - but of course this is not ideal to have to copy and paste.... ...read more

We have been informed by HubSpot there is no way to select a user's default Business Unit preference. Can you please add this feature urgently? It's very frustrating to have to change it multiple times a day to use HubSpot as I do now. When I log into HubSpot, I am in placed in the company's business unit. I am unable to access the things I need to from this business unit and have to change to my business unit. Allow creating alias in staging account. Alias is allowed in testing and prod environment, but for the product team, we need to be able to test in staging for email workflows that have login in them.  ...read more

At the moment it is not possible to move assets (lists, forms, emails etc.) to another Business Unit. The only option is to clone the assets. ...read more

We have multiple business units in our account, but our marketing team for example works for all business units.      We would like to be able to set users standard to 'all business units': Currently this is only cookie based.  On a new device it opens up the main account again. Side note:  Before you could just handle this in a view, why this has been removed is a mystery to me and I honestly would also like to see that option back too. ...read more
