I'd LOVE to see the ability to set format rules for required property fields such as phone number where it would kick back with a red error message asking the user to fix the format.
The database currently allows any format of phone number, so we have entries that look like +1.000.000.0000, 000.000.0000, 0000000000, 000-000-0000, 000-000-0000 ext4, etc...
