We need the option to Build a Delay in Workflows that counts Business Days, not just Days. You have the option in manual creation of tasks, why not automation? This decreases the functionality of this Service a lot.
Wish I could upvote that more than once! This seems like pretty basic functionality.
Picking the day of the week is not helpful. If we want to send something the next business, we have no idea when someone may enter the workflow, so by picking a specific business day, the delayed action could be anywhere between 1 and 6 calendar days.
rrrrrrrrraaaaaaaaah why do we have that option only for tasks! I just looked it up on google and i'm sure most people upvoting the first task business day delay where probably also thinking of this.... catastrophic
