Creating Contact Lists based on a Company property

CRUCIAL for us to be able to create contact lists based on a company property. AKA Company has said property > assign contacts in that Company to a list. Surprised this isn't an option.

Have you found a work around for this? I have run into this issue myself while trying to create an active list
