Copy / paste of elements in knowledge base articles should maintain styling
Right now, if you have a styled table element in a KB article (say you changed cell size or you changed text alignment in a box), and you copy and paste that box, the styling is lost. This is also true if you copy and paste a call out.
We use styled boxes / tables for steps in KB articles and it makes it very hard to reuse these elements. So we would hope that copy pasting an element would also copy its styling.
Cloning articles would also help somewhat with this.
It's hard to compete (as a HS Partner) vs e.g. Freshdesk without such simple functionality. This is strange because, after all, the cloning feature is already available everywhere in HubSpot (landing pages, emails, etc.).
