Allow customization of all Payments related system emails

It should be possible to edit all system emails for payments, like successful payments, payment reminders, and failed payment alerts. We want to customize this copy to increase the liklihood that users act on these emails. If some of them need to contain specific content for compliance reasons, it should be possible to edit an introductory paragraph, or add simple copy to the email which gets included in a standard template. E.g. allow the user to add a message before or after the payment info in the receipt email, even if the receipt part is generated by Hubspot. I'd also suggest that a record of any automatic or manually sent Hubspot system emails should show up in the contact's activity list.

I have also noticed the logo at the top spans full width and looks too large. Is there a way to control a maximum width or override the style of this email notification being sent?

Up vote. This feature is needed. Specifically the ability customize HS Payment Receipt emails.

We need ability to edit/customize all forms of communication connected to payments processed via HubSpot.  Also the need to bring in Company record for the contact who completed the purchase - critical for B2B use.  For our use, the company that made the purchase is most important.  Currently communication gives us the person's e-mail address - need at least ot edit to inclkdude their full name and bring in associated company into the initial e-mail that HubSpot pushes out once purchase is complete.

We have a collections department for following up on failed subscription payments, and being able to see a history of automatic failed payment emails in the contact record is really needed for accountability and tracking purposes. 

 

Collections follow-up is just as important to track as sales follow-up.

Just to follow up on this since - like many features requests of Hubspot - this one has languished without even being triaged in almost a year, we gave up on Hubspot payments for the client we were piloting the feature on. It was problems like this one, and others like how the customer can't proactively update their payment method, that pushed us away. It's just not scalable to have to manually intervene whenever a customer needs payment assistance. We ended up creating a Hubspot module to process payments in Stripe, and using the Hubspot API to push payment info into Deals in Hubspot. In case Hubspot was wondering if their customers actually care about these feature requests or if they drive our willingness to use features...YES. It's one thing to say the features on the roadmap aren't driven directly by customer feedback, that would be chaos. It's another to completely ignore all customer feedback - partner feedback - on brand new features that clearly needed more time to bake.

Similarly, it would great to be able to turn off successful payment receipt emails. We're using Stripe as our payment processor which also sends out an automated receipt email.
