Hi I'm Walkidia and I started taking the digital marketing course

But I'm a little confused about how fast should an optimized website load 'cause Hubspot says that best in class webpages should become interactive within 5.3 seconds but Google says for page load time is to be under 3 seconds so which one is the correct ?

I really appreciate it if you could help me
