Email Logging and old deals

Old deals are popping up on "log to" in Hubspot Gmail email tracking. 

How  do i remove a five year old deal from showing up in tracking options? The automation adds this deal automatically to same client emails and is a nuisance. 

I am looking for a permament solution to "archive the old deal from tracking".

I'm afraid I would need to have the records to troubleshoot and verify what we are seeing in this image.

So, I would recommend you to contact HubSpot support as they will share the right solution to the problem. 

In general- 

If you go to the record

and the contact is associated to the deal

the deal will show

but if you unassociate it should stop appearing, so you can try this.

Thanks anyway - that part was from Gmail "send email part" where you can see the name of the deals that track. 

Deals that are popping up are from times past and closed won, so they should no longer track. But we shall see.
