I have sent emails to my contacts but it looks like only those using Outlook / Teams received the emails. Those who use Gmail never received them including the junk and spam mail boxes.
Has anyone seen the similar issues? If so, how can i solve it?
Unfortunately, this is sometimes hard to troubleshoot. This is occurring on the side of the receiving email service provider and is to some extent a black box.
Before we dive into specifics, have you double checked on the marketing email whether the emails were delivered correctly? Navigate to the marketing email, find the Recipients tab and in the left sidebar iNot sent. There are usually some contacts in here, with a note.
There might be multiple reasons why an email is not delivered to a contact:
Are you using the marketing contacts functionality? If yes, are all recipients marked as marketing contacts? (HubSpot will not send emails to non-marketing contacts.)
Are you suppressing unengaged contacts in the Recipients tab of the email? If yes, you could uncheck the box. Otherwise HubSpot will exclude these contacts.
Have some of the contacts previously unsubscribed? You can check by filtering your recipient list by "Unsubscribed from all email is equal to True"
If it's none of the above, it might be a deliverability / sender reputation issue. One of the most important things in that case is to connect your email sending domain:
Connecting your email sending domain will help prevent your marketing emails from getting caught in spam filters. It increases the trustworthiness of your emails.
Generally, emails might arrive there but not be let through. Email service providers or policies don't necessarily send an error message back (although that would be unusual for Gmail). This is increasingly common when receiving email service providers notice tracking links in emails – which are in every HubSpot marketing email and cannot be switched off.
