Your content creation process should be something that's clear, repeatable, and organized. It's important to evaluate your process from time to time to see how it can be improved (for you and those you collaborate with).
Before you create your next piece of content, what's one thing you could do to improve your current process? For me, I'm going to create a survey via a Google form and send it to those I collaborate with to get their feedback. The easier I am to collaborate with, the more people will want to work with me.
I would create a detailed calander that has all of the steps of the project broken down a month in a advance creating communation between all of the team members.
I would need to pick up the slack in creating a more detailed editorial calendar that's planned out in advance at least 2 weeks prior. Definitely would be a challenge but I'm thinking simple engagment-based post for starters.
By doing a content audit, evaluating current company goals to understand the channel mix for content, and then looking at pain points to create a workflow.
Then we'll evaluate the workflow and get feedback from those we collaborate with to improve and tweak processes.
To improve my content creation process first I would re-evaluate my existing content and then plan what kind of content is needed where. Therefore I will also organise my steps in a calendar or diary to always have a plan at hand.
To improve my content creation process, I would organize my ideas regarding what I want to create. Personally, I enjoy having a calendar with my week planned out, so I would also integrate this into my content creation process to have organized dates, times, topics, and so on. Then, I would allow the process to flow based on the structure I had previously organized.
to Improve my content creation framework, I will start my re-thinking the kind of content I want to create, map it out for longer than 1 month and execute the different steps at the scheduled time. I will most certainly use the HubSpot Content Editorial Calendar to help me in that specific aspect of my business.
One thing I could do to improve my current content creation process is to implement a detailed editorial calendar. By planning out content topics, deadlines, and assigned responsibilities in advance, I can ensure that all aspects of content creation are well-coordinated and organized. This will help prevent last-minute rushes, reduce stress, and improve the overall quality and consistency of the content produced.
Additionally, having a clear editorial calendar allows for better collaboration with team members or collaborators, as everyone involved can see what content is being created, when it's due, and what their role is in the process. This transparency fosters effective communication and ensures that everyone is on the same page.
By regularly updating and refining the editorial calendar based on feedback and performance metrics, I can continuously improve the content creation process and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
To improve my content creating process, I am planning to update our workflow, making it more detailed as possible. Additionally, I will propose to my team to brainstorm on our content offer, and to understand think now in terms of the stages (awareness, consideration and decision).
For my content creation journey, I believe my next step will be to engage with my audience by asking about their interests, dreams, and life projects. Whether they've already achieved them, how the experience was for them, how they managed to get there, how long it took, or if it's something for the long term. I plan to interact through questions, posts, making videos, or simply sharing my journey and waiting for feedback.
For me, content creation is a never ending process. In my time as a business owner/artist, I think the one thing I can do to improve my process is to make content more aligned to the different buyer's journeys my audience is going through right now.
