Small font in CRM email

Hi,
When I start typing an email, the default font size is 8. I like to use the size 12. Is it possible to change the default font?

Hi @Philippe,

As far as I am aware, you cannot change the default font size.

Thank you Josh.
Difficult to understand why a company imposes small fonts on his email application. This is probably by far not the preferred choice for her clients/users.
