Option missing for Annual recurring revenue

SOLVE

Hello Together

 

I try to add an "Annual recurring revenue" to my deals but the option is not available. I see it, but I can not add value to it. I use the "Sales Hub Professional". I also tried to add it to the Deal form, but also there it's not available. I tried to figure it out by searching for solutions, but even that one: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/deals/track-recurring-revenue-with-revenue-analytics doest really help me.

Thank You. The issuee was, that I hadn't had products added to the deal.

Thank You for replying. It seems to be an Enterprise feature and I have the feeling my issue is also because we're on the professional plan and not on the enterprise. By clicking I get this screen:

Could you check if the user access for this property has been limited in your account? Settings > Properties > Deal properties

If you don't have access to that area, please check your account permissions with a super admin in your account.
