Importing/updating data for custom objects via API

Hi,

How do i import data to custom objects via API?

I see in Companies  there's are create/update APIs but can't find it for custom objects.

Feature I want:

• Import data from extarnal software, create all new ones, and update exiting based on a unique identifier in one of the columns

Please point me to the correct APIs to achive this. thanks.

Here's a resource I found for uploading data for custom objects via API, @SSolomon1. I'm not a developer, so I can't personally vet this solution, but it's what I found in HubSpot Community that seemed helpful.  There's also this Developers resource for Custom Objects.
