Creating account update capture form

SOLVE

Hi all, how can I create an internal form, its for sales team to provide updates to management. 

Must i use some version of a lead form to do this?

Hi @KPlunkett1,

 

This is a bit of an unusual use case. Could you specify what exactly the updates are about?

 

Generally, yes, you could create a form for this: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/forms/create-forms – keep in mind that these forms are meant to be used by external contacts. Depending on what you're planning on doing exactly, there might be better ways of achieving it.

 

In the Options tab, you can specify who should be notified about new form submissions.

@KPlunkett1 in addition to @karstenkoehler's advice, I'd look into HubSpot Playbooks if you're wanting to give management updates. This could help your team make updates much like a form.
