I'm coming from Zoho CRM where they have specific sections for contacts and leads. It keeps leads completely separate from your general contact list so you can distiguish and filter separatetly. What's the best way to do this with Hubspot CRM? Since all we have is "contacts", how do you distinguish between current contacts and potential leads (from, say, a tradeshow etc)?
@rdolmat The best way to seperate these would be through a contact property.
You could create a new custom property if you wish, you could call this "lead origin" for example of whatever you like to mark them as something like "tradshow lead":

HI, looking to create 4 different types of leads (Seller, Buyer, Contact Us, Contact Agent) and I dont know whats the best way to structure them in the CRM, as they are not Contacts.
After capturing the leads, how can I set the properties in the CRM so that my team sees only neccessary fields PER Lead Type??
@shilenamin this is currently not possible within the CRM. However, you could create different teams for each type you want, assign users to these and give the users permissions to view/edit "team only"
