New Resource: Example Apps Now Available

What’s happening

Getting started with a new API is not always the easiest thing.  Sometimes it’s hard to know how to get started. To help make things easier for developers, HubSpot is releasing a number of new examples in PHP and Node.js.  There are too many examples to include here but a couple of useful highlights include:

  • Creating an OAuth connection - PHP, Node
  • Creating or updating a contact - PHP, Node
  • Getting all contacts, including handling pagination - PHP, Node
  • Creating and updating companies - PHP, Node
  • Getting all companies - PHP, Node
  • Associating CRM objects to each other PHP, Node

We're excited to make these new resources available. We hope these will make it easier for you to get started building on HubSpot

Why is this happening?

In short, we are creating examples so you don’t have to start from scratch. These examples are meant to be the building blocks for an app.  Now you can spend time creating value instead of reinventing the wheel.

Why PHP and Node.js?

Based on an extensive review of your feedback across multiple channels, you asked us for more resources in PHP and Node.js Don’t worry! This is just the beginning. We'll be working to release support for additional languages in the coming weeks and months. If you've participated in research, our ideas forums, or developer surveys — thank you!! We read every piece of feedback. If there are other client libraries you would like to see HubSpot support - let us know by joining in the discussion here!

When is this happening?

These samples are live and ready to use.
