I need help with managing mapping information from the Shopify integration

Hi community,

I’m having trouble getting the Customer ID synced from Shopify to Hubspot. I also need that only contacts created in Shopify to reside in HubSpot and filter out everyone else.

How can we manage what information is pulled from Shopify and what properties will not overwrite information in HubSpot?

Are you wanting the customer id from shopify so you can filter out contacts via the shopify customer ID? You might can try filtering out customers via order properties or the "orders count". 

If you need the shopify id for some other reason, I'd try routing info via PieSync.

Hello John, the 'orders count' doesn't match with the Customer ID.

Does PieSync integrate in both directions? Can you determine the actions between?
