PURPOSE & USE CASE
If unknown, update a contact record’s company name property, which is not automatically populated by association with a company record, to the name of the primary associated company record when it is associated with a contact. If the company name property is already populated add a task to check the name value.
HOW IT WORKS
When a company record is associated with a contact and it is the primary associated company, the contact record will enroll in this workflow (re-enrollment is enabled). We check the contact record's company name and if it is unknown we set it to the primary associated company record's name but if it is known we create a task for the contact owner to check if the company name should be manually updated.
