Wondering Were to Start with HS and Glad to be in the Community
I'm Lynda from Kirkland WA and been using HS for several years but mostly having others on my team use it for me. I want to learn to use it better/more effectively and efficiently. I was directed to the HS Academy which is great but even that is a bit overwhelming.
Does anyone have suggestions for where to start? We know how to add contacts and have even automated some of that. For me, it's more about what to do next to build a relationship and move people through the pipeline.
The answer on where to start depends on your HubSpot usage and goals. If you're in marketing, I suggest starting with the Marketing Software Certification. For sales folks, the Sales Software Certification. Of course Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales are also great.
For those who lead revenue teams I suggest the relatively new Revenue Operations certification.
Beyond certs and courses, I'd consider the new Bootcamps (all in progress right now, but will have Spring editions soon). They dive deeper into strategies and tactics in the HubSpot universe.
Finally, I'll give a shoutout to @KyleJepson and his LinkedIn updates. It's how I keep up with what's new in the tool. Or at least, I try to.

Also, make a list of what you want to see in your CRM:
what monthly reports do you need? year end reports?
what KPIs in the CRM for you and your team?
what OKRs (if your company does that) and how you can track in your CRM
What daily tasks do you and your team need to do in the CRM?
etc.
Then work backwards in learning how to do that or you can hire someone in to work out the strategy / design it if you don't have the bandwidth to accomplish it on your own.
