Participation is free and only takes one step
When you’re ready to join the conversation by asking a question or answering somebody else’s, you’ll need to sign-in to the HubSpot Community. Creating your community account is free, easy and your ticket to engaging with a community of people using the very same HubSpot products and services that you do.
To sign in simply click ‘Sign In With HubSpot’in the top right of community.hubspot.com. From here you will be able to authenticate your login with your HubSpot account - this includes all HubSpot customers, free tool users and trials.

Help could come from a number of parties here in the community: a fellow user, HubSpot Partner or employee - all of whom are passionate about HubSpot, inbound practices and helping you to meet your business goals.
As soon as a community member has replied to your post, you’ll be notified by email. Keep in mind, that some questions may take longer to resolve than others and that users will use the tools in different ways. You may even receive multiple answers from the community - YOU have the power to pick the best one as an accepted solution.

I’m Sara Gilstrap, and I’ve been at Waypost Marketing for six years as a Sales and Marketing Strategist—though I’ve been in the wild world of marketing for 17 years (which makes me old enough to remember being blown away by the business card scanner on my Blackberry). I've done everything from fax marketing... yes I said fax marketing, tradeshow marketing, sales enablement, b2b, b2c, digital marketing, paid advertising, the list goes on and on. During any ice breaker where I have to share a fun fact or two truths and a lie, I always throw this in there: during a very chaotic time in my career I was a sales assistant, outside sales rep, and marketing coordinator for a textile manufacturing company. One of my biggest projects was to take a new product to market. Cool, right? Sure, as long as you love learning how many hotels have bed bug problems. I became a certified bed bug specialist through the North American Pest Management Association and educated hotels on remediating bed bug infestations.
One of my favorite things to do is host our Sales and Marketing Alignment Workshop. Why? Because back in my early days, I had the pleasure of working with a completely dysfunctional sales team, and let me tell you, it was an experience. Now, I get to help other teams avoid that chaos and actually work together—and it’s honestly pretty rewarding!

I have used other CRMs in my past lives where snippets or even playbooks were difficult to implement. Hubspot really simplifies I am not bogged down or wasting time figuring out where to file something or how to create and save content.
