This is Parag Khanvazir.  I work as a Global Product Support Manager for a PA company that manufactures Particle Characterization instruments for the last 50 years.  I manage a team of service engineers to provide tech support to our domestic and international distributors/customers.  This includes installations, maintenance, training, phone/email support and repairs.  We recently started using HubSpot which came as part of a company acquisition so I am still new to this CRM platform.  I am thrilled to learn tips, HOW TOs and new skills from all of you experts.  Looking forward to communicating and gaining more knowledge.  Thank you and take care.
