Welcome to the Community - introduce yourself!
Hi 👋
Welcome to the HubSpot community! We are thrilled to have you here!❤️
We want you to know that this community has been created with you in mind to build professional connections, explore new ideas, access video tutorials, discover alternative solutions, and stay updated on events, product updates, and much more. 🎉
The best way to start is by learning about our community and how to participate in forums and events. You can also explore how to rank up in the community with our gamification model - but one step at a time, right? 😁
We've prepared these guides to help you get started on your HubSpot community member journey. Please take a moment to review these tips below.
The HubSpot community is mainly dedicated to all things related to HubSpot products. However, if you're looking to connect with professionals from other areas, like founders, marketers, and more, the best place to go is connect.com. There, you’ll find events for these groups and plenty of opportunities to network with people in your field.
We can't say this enough, but we are thrilled that you have joined this space, and we look forward to seeing you in the forums.
At HubSpot, we consider having two products: a platform we sell to customers, and a culture we sell to our employees. Our culture is one of the driving forces at HubSpot, and at its core is the idea that we love folks who are endlessly curious. "Always be learning" is a mantra. We know we aren't alone! But how do we nourish that mindset? Our engaging and brilliant customer trainer, Serena Polverino, wrote a great piece on how joining a HubSpot Customer Training is a great way to grow an "always be learning" culture. Give it a read and let us know: what are some ways your company is empowering an "always be learning" culture?
I'm fairly new to the community and got an email that my rank went up, but now it is in French:
Contributeur de premier rang | Partenaire solutions
My language setting for the community is in English and my main portal is also, I'm really not sure who to check with - anyone have any ideas how to fix this?
If my reply answered your question please mark it as a solution to make it easier for others to find.
thank you for reaching out! The rank description shows correctly in my selected language - German, but I can reproduce the behaviour in English! Let me check this with the team, I'll get back to you as soon as I have more information. Thank you! 👋
I am looking forward to learning all about getting my business connected to HubSpot. Maybe someone has experience with error messages due to incorrect information in a module? I am stuck!
Do you have a screenshot of the error? I'd recommend creating a new post in our forum for the Marketing Hub or the Developer forum if you're working with custom coded modules. It would be great if you can include a screenshot of the error as well as additional details about the goal you're trying to achieve. Thank you!
The more info, screenshots and details you can provide, the better the Community can assist. 🙂
So glad that I found this community inside of HubSpot. I'm a newer user to HS but a 21-year veteran of CRMs in a sales/marketing capacity. I've used a plethora of CRMs over the years. From implementation to blueprinting to sales process engineering to daily sales activities applying Jordan (Wolf of Wallstreet) Belfort's Straight-Line Methodology to continue on a journey for balance in success.
If there's ever anything I can do to help anyone else learn, grow, or conquer don't ever hesitate to reach out to me directly. My mission in life is just that...grow and help others grow.
Cheers to the rest of your weeks and kicking **bleep** in your respectful positions.
I'm excited to be a part of this community! My name is Geeta (she/her) and I'm a SEO content writer and eternal student.
This is my first post and getting a warmed up to this platform.
Could anyone kindly throw some light on this please -
"how much of the brand voice (whether its the creator/company) is considered while writing a generic or niche content? (Excuse me for asking first without taking questions here...)

Sharing in the community is a great way to learn and better understand the material you will be learning in this course.
Please take a moment to introduce yourself to the HubSpot community. Professionals, please take a moment to say hello.
Here are a few questions to help get you started:
What year of school/grade are you in?
What is your degree program, or career track?
What certification track are you working on?
What do you plan to do with your certification once the program is completed (if you don't know, that's okay. You have time to figure it out)?
Anything relevant to the conversations you'd like to share.
