Welcome to the Community - introduce yourself!
Hi 👋
Welcome to the HubSpot community! We are thrilled to have you here!❤️
We want you to know that this community has been created with you in mind to build professional connections, explore new ideas, access video tutorials, discover alternative solutions, and stay updated on events, product updates, and much more. 🎉
The best way to start is by learning about our community and how to participate in forums and events. You can also explore how to rank up in the community with our gamification model - but one step at a time, right? 😁
We've prepared these guides to help you get started on your HubSpot community member journey. Please take a moment to review these tips below.
The HubSpot community is mainly dedicated to all things related to HubSpot products. However, if you're looking to connect with professionals from other areas, like founders, marketers, and more, the best place to go is connect.com. There, you’ll find events for these groups and plenty of opportunities to network with people in your field.
We can't say this enough, but we are thrilled that you have joined this space, and we look forward to seeing you in the forums.
Welcome to HubSpot, and the HubSpot Community, @MDeMarco! As @Jnix284 mentioned, if you have an onboarding specialist helping you, definitely work with them.
As for other tips, I'd spend time in HubSpot Academy. The courses for Marketing Software, Sales Hub Software, and Inbound are all great.
I'd encourage you to stay active in Community, too. Set aside a little time each week to look through current questions and their answers. It's one way I learn new things in HubSpot after 12 years around this corner of the multiverse.
Happy HubSpotting, friend!

Specific to onboarding, I recommend keeping communication open with your onboarding specialist - make sure you're asking questions and let them know if you have any internal roadblocks to meeting the due dates.
All the best with HubSpot and the new year!
If my reply answered your question please mark it as a solution to make it easier for others to find.

@Sam62 has shared a lot of helpful tips that I believe will help you get started. In addition to what he has said, you can include audience research in your brand awareness strategy. This will help you identify and have a level of understanding of whom to target in your brand awareness and campaign operations. Personas and customer profiling are a great way to look into what I am saying.
At some points in your operations, you want to block out some time for metrics. Metrics are important as they help you determine what is working and what is not. Find out what is working, improve on them and make them work better. Identify what's not working and see if you can tweak it to make it work or just discard it and focus your time and energy on the more productive stuff!
Just hang around in the community to participate and share ideas with other experts. You can also head over to the Academy to take some courses that will greatly enhance your operations and processes.
If you're getting started, I'd suggest you to go with the usual tactics. You can begin with analysing your niche and then come out with keywords and topics that your audience will love reading content on.
Once you find your topics, create content around them. You can generate blog posts, social media creatives, YouTube videos, Twitter threads, guest posts and so much more (just search "types of content" on Google and you'll get a whole lot of options).
After creating content, it's time to promote them. You can use organic methods, email outreach, social posts, link building, collaboration to get as many eyeballs as you can to your content.
To begin with building brand awareness, these common tips can be helpful.
P.S. Avoid any paid collaboration, paid link building, or any sort of shady stuff. These tactics doesn't help your brand but dilute your authority.
