My name is Jessica and i am the Operations Manager for Exemplar Companies and new to HubSpot.
We are moving CRM's from SalesForce to HubSpot in a few months so I have been doing some training to familiarize myself with the platform prior to our transition.

Hi @lalcantara welcome to HubSpot and thanks for popping into the Community. I'm going to tag in some subject matter experts who might be able to share some tips on getting up and running with Marketing Automation and CRM operations.
I'm Rebecca from Germany – originally from Munich, but recently moved to Heidelberg.
Currently, I am working as a CRM Manager in a software company,being responsible for further developing how we work with HubSpot and being the person to contact when having a HubSpot question. Since 2017 I am working with HubSpot, either by implementing it as the new CRM system or being a Marketing specialist using the Marketing Hub tools and even writing my master's thesis about inbound marketing.
Although I am no longer a newbie, I am exploring and learning more about HubSpot almost every day! Thanks a lot to the HubSpot community who already helped me a lot with workarounds or not being alone with submitting a new idea that would be helpful.
Perhaps there is someone who is a HubSpot expert that could coach me how to develop HubSpot more strategically. If you are this person or know someone, I would be happy if you contact me.
I wanted to tell you that we also have a DACH Community - you can access it by changing your language settings in the top left corner.
