Hello everyone!

My name is Joel, and I’m new to the community.

I’m currently planning on learning HubSpot with the goal of qualifying for Virtual Assistant / Sales Operations / Customer Support–type roles, focused on CRM usage, pipeline management, contacts, tasks, reporting, and day-to-day sales support (not marketing-focused roles).

For someone starting from zero on HubSpot, which certifications or courses would you guys recommend prioritizing for maximizing my learning and also the chances of landing a role listed previously?

Any advice from people who use HubSpot in their daily work would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
