Hello,

I’m from Quebec, Canada, and I recently subscribed to HubSpot Sales and CRM. I’m having difficulty setting up provincial (QST) and federal (GST) tax additions on my customer invoices. I haven’t been able to find where or how to add these taxes within the invoicing section.

Additionally, when I create an invoice, I’m unable to change its status from Open to Closed.

I can’t properly use the invoicing feature or bill my customers until these issues are resolved. Could someone please assist me with this setup?
