Welcome to the group! Email marketing is such a great area to dive into—I’ve been building out soem of our marketing automations and learnign to navigate the workflows was an area I didn't expect to be so challenging; what has your experience been?

There’s a course that walks you through the ins and outs of using the Inbound method to develop your marketing workflows. Use all of the HubSpot Academy courses to bolster your skillset, along with audiobooks and any other resources that you have available. I like listening to the videos while I commute into work, it's nice to start the day by learning something new.
